A Handcrafted Bakery Website Transformation
Bond Street Bakery is a New Jersey-based artisan bakery founded by Ellen Menlow, a passionate baker who turned her love for handcrafted sweets into a business built for everyone to enjoy. She offers indulgent cookies, bar treats, artisanal chocolates, and seasonal creations, all made with the finest ingredients and lots of love. But her previous website experience left her frustrated, and her business held back. Web on Wings stepped in to change that. We rebuilt her entire digital presence and marketing strategy, so it finally matched the warmth, craft, and ambition behind the Bond Street Bakery brand.Â
What We Aimed to Achieve From Day One
Ellen came to us after a previous developer left her stressed, delayed, and unsupported. The goal was simple but urgent. Strategic Marketing
Starting June 22, we managed Ellen’s social media for the June 27–28 Montclair Flea Market. Through organic content and targeted video ads, we increased awareness, engagement, and attracted more visitors to her booth.Â
What Changed the Moment the New Site Launched
We launched a five-day engagement campaign offering a free cookie to customers who interacted with her social media, driving real excitement and stronger turnout at the event. After the flea market wrapped, we ran a thank-you campaign from June 29 through July 13, directing attendees straight back to her new website to keep the momentum going and the sales coming in. Ellen finally had a website that matched her brand, a store that could process orders on its own, and a marketing engine working behind the scenes. The contrast with her previous experience was night and day, and Ellen was thrilled with how quickly everything came together and how much real impact it had on her business.Â
